Types of Aid

While it is our philosophy that the student and their family have the primary responsibility for meeting college costs, resources from the College as well as federal and state programs are available to help you. We work closely with you to develop a financial aid package that is based your individual need and designed to help make a quality education at King's College an affordable option.

While the criteria vary in each case, the College offers a wealth of scholarship options available to those showing academic promise. Financial aid applicants will be considered for all need-based programs, which include institutional, federal, and state grants (gifts), Federal Direct loans, and work study programs. King's College even has financial aid programs specific to transfer students, so all applicants should take the time to review their options.
